Being that the government is so into making everything "wiretap friendly" so they can snoop in on us whenever they want, this interesting technological development raises a cause for concern that I raised awhile back.

I don't know any phone that currently has this, but considering IBM has been working on this for a couple of years, it will only be a matter of time before something like this is developed. As a result, I think it would be best to discuss the ethical ramifications of this before the technology actually enters widespread use.
If the government could tap this baby through a back-door, they could gather everything knowable about you pretty much. There is technology also to remotely activate cell-phones (and presumably, the camera and other such things) even when the owner turns them off, so this poses a very serious privacy risk.
