!@#$% Windows 10!

Has any suggestions as to why File Explorer has suddenly decided to only run is full screen?

The minimise works and the run in smaller window icon is still there but has no effect. I have trawled through so many settings that I can no longer remember what they all are, but I can find no setting that restricts it to full screen only and can find no reason why it has suddenly happened. Could it be the latest update 'enhancement'?
It is Windows 10 pro. {Why did I go back to windows? doh!)

:boggled: Typical windows a problem exists until you ask for help, pack up and go home, then you fire up next day and it says 'what problem, I work perfectly'
!@#$% Windows 10!, well, all the previous versions too.

I certainly understand where MS is coming from, particularly with Home systems. People are stupid and don't update their machine with critical security updates. A compromised system isn't just a problem for the user of the machine, in fact a lot of times the user won't notice, since their machine might be used as a single node in a botnet used for things like DDOS attacks.

On the other hand the only things that should be pushed on users like that are critical security updates. Users of Pro/Enterprise editions should be (and are) more trusted to manage their own update process. Microsoft pushing forced non-critical updates is a problem, especially when those updates change features of the OS in unexpected and potentially undesirable ways.
