Big Brother is witching you

BIG Brother bosses are hoping to inject some magic into the show by lining up a WITCH as one of the housemates.

They have shortlisted an art student who practises witchcraft.

“One of the possible contestants practises black magic. The housemates had better not get in her bad books.”

The idea of having a witch fits in perfectly with the new regime. The show’s producers are refusing to reveal their line-up of housemates or the trials they will face at the house in Elstree, Herts.

They're probably hoping that she'll get her kit off on the full moon and dance around the garden summoning the spirits. Should get the ratings soaring.
 
I love the term 'practices black magic' - in this context, i think it means she practices, but she really isn't very good at it lol
 
She'd better be able to prove she is what she says she is. :p

Otherwise, she's a witch and practices magic in the same sense as I'm a giant lizard and I practice attacking Toyko. :D
 
My doctor must not be very good since he only practices medicine. :D

And this is a complete ripoff of Sci-fi Channel's Mad Mad House in which we have a gorgeous Australian woman who is a witch.

The regression to which i referred was more to do with a regression to an age of superstition and quackery (ok, some would say it had never gone away)

Interestingly, i watched 'The Crucible' the other night, and was struck by how close we are coming to that age.. iit's scary..
 
Exactly my point. Once you reach Big Brother, it's rock bottom. Wichcraft, astrology, woodo, and whatever can only be an improvement.
