Wild stab in the dark

I’m looking for software to run a Systems Integration Network Saturn 4 port E1 PCI card. To make my life difficult the card came out in around ’98 and the company (SI Ltd) has long since gone belly up.

Internet searches have failed to turn up anything other than the barest mention the companies former address.

Any suggestions ?
