Blaspheme, follow a heretical brand of Christianity (as defined by them, of course), reject Christianity and become an atheist, curse at your parents, be "unchaste" before marriage (female only, so I guess you're safe...better not have any indiscreet daughters, though!), be an incorrigible delinquent, have an abortion (or simply advise a woman to have an abortion), or commit adultery.

And those are just the things that merit the death penalty. Via stoning, of course. I haven't even started on things that will get other punishments (like women and girls dressing "immodestly").

You said christians being in power would be a threat TO ME. How is it a threat TO ME? I don't have sex with people I don't want to have a baby with. So how are these christian policies a threat TO ME?

So, that means you're already a member of their particular brand of Christianity, aren't an atheist, and would never advise someone to have an abortion?

Theocracy in general is pretty darned good with shutting down opposing voices. I'd even venture to say that that is its primary function.
 
Here's some more: want to make posts about how people need to be "freed" from Christianity?

"When someone tries to undermine the commitment to Jehovah which is fundamental to the civil order of a godly state--then that person needs to be restrained by the magistrate...those who will not acknowledge Jehovah as the ultimate authority behind the civil law code which the magistrate is enforcing would be punished and repressed."

What about deciding to give your children a non-theocratic education?

We must use the doctrine of religious liberty to gain independence for Christian schools until we train up a generation of people who know that there is no religious neutrality, no neutral law, no neutral education, and no neutral civil government. Then they will get busy in constructing a Bible-based social, political and religious order which finally denies the religious liberty of the enemies of God."

You insisted many times that if christians were in power it would be a threat to me. Since it isn't, you are not accusing me of being in a cult? Come on. I think you are just out to save face.

That is all you got? Abortion? The president and congress cannot overturn abourtion rights in the USA.

I said it was not likely that it could be possible to stop the trend of gays having marrage rights in the usa because it was just made legal in New York State.

That does not make any sense. Christian schools are private, not public.

My personal opinion? Because christian extremists are already here, already have power, and are already at work trying to undo the rights and the progress made in this country. (I'm assuming you are from the 'States) The muslims do not have a large presence here, do not have political power, and are not currently working to undo the rights and progress made.

I NEVER SAID THAT Islam is a threat to me because I am concerned about a Muslim being in congress.
