Why is homosexuality wrong?

Let us not forget brethren that god invented homosexuality - so it must be OK.

Given that god doesn't have a wife and yet has a son it must replace sleeping with females inside the pearly gates, which must be a really weird place and absolutely humming with virgins and holy ghosts.

Hold on - was it a son, or just a third of god himself or isn't god really the father and he was cuckolded? That ,means there must be another god who is rogering God or god's wife.

This religion thing I just wish they would get it straight at some point.

Armstrong, it's best for you to understand the basics before jumping around with silly conclusions.
If you can't understand the basics, I suggest you to obey the 10 commandments, and pray for understanding.

Thanks, although I had hoped for a more direct answer.

What do you base your logic on? Is it the bible? Or is it the idea that believing gains you more if you're right, and costs you less if you're wrong? Or something else?

Just a hunch.

Please point to a single commandment that says that gay sex is bad.

When somebody is given gold for an action or thought, it would be not so intelligent to not to continue with the actions and thoughts.

In a similar way I do my best to please God because I'm given rewards, a kind of reward that no man can provide.
What God does and gives builds you up, not tear you down.

Sorry you are wrong practicing homosexuality is all about getting better at being homosexual.

When I first started having sex (I was a late starter, 17) I do have to admit I was probably a bit clumsy and not the best sex-partner. However as my Granny used to say "practice makes perfect" so I put my head down and practiced and practiced and then practiced some more. I doubt if an Olympic athlete ever practiced as hard as I did... that reminds me I did once (well several times over the course of a night) practice with an Olympic athlete....

I'd like to think that before I left my teens I was quite good at being a homosexual. But like every skill in life you do need to keep practicing if you want to remain at the peak of your performance so for the last couple of decades I have diligently and some would say, obsessively practiced my homosexuality.

It's hard work but someone has to do him it.

Sounds like you've not been practicing enough if you are still finding it confusing.

Let me pass on some advice my Granny gave me "practice makes perfect". I'm sure if you explain to your boyfriend(s) that you aren't that well practiced they will be understanding if you get a bit confused.

A good tip to remember is "if it feels good then God must have meant for that to go there".

You shouldn't be so harsh on yourself, just because you are still finding it confusing doesn't mean you aren't intelligent, it may just mean that you need to practice more.
