To be clear though, she needed to be arrested for being a dangerous illegal that endanger the lives of others; operating a motor vehicle with a license.
Oh, too bad for her. Instead of obeying the law, she went about staying in the country illegally and now she has a set back because her college education is being interrupted? Boo hoo for her. She got caught, time to pay. She has to start all over? I'm not convinced. She is hardly a person who can be taken at her word. Is there no place of higher education in Mexico that will give her credit for the classes she has taken in the USA? I can’t believe that all of the colleges in Mexico are like William and Mary or the University of WA in that outside credits do not count.
There are believe it or not, legal ways to enter the USA from Mexico. Look them up for yourself. She could have chose to re-enter legally (after leaving when she turned 18), but did not. Her choice.
I have only discussed her actions as an adult, except when I mentioned that she was brought here as a child. I find the choices she made as an adult to be wrong. Read my posts again and tell me I am complaining about a child. I am saying a woman chose to break the law.
She was driving without a license. There are other ways to get around. She presented an expired Mexican passport instead of a proper ID. She is an idiot.
