Thanks for the replies. I was kind of hoping to hear from some of the more conservative members, because I figured they might have had a decent rebuttal, but oh well.
Anyways, shouldn't something be done to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen again? Am I the only one who finds it very disturbing? I mean, Bush got into Yale because of his name, then got out of Vietnam because of his name, then got into Harvard because of his name, then became Governor because of his name, and now, he is the President of the United States of America! Leader of the most powerful army in the world, and "Leader of the Free World". All of this because he has the same name as someone else! And people actually thought he was more qualified that McCain...
I thought this kind of stuff wasn't supposed to happen in America
I can't believe how corrupt the system is...it's truly mind boggling. Because the Republican party has allowed this kind of thing to happen consistently, I'm going to have serious reservations about voting for a Republican candidate in the future.
