Actually, no more so than any other time during the week. Which was Len's point in correcting Aivism's comments about Securacom being in charge of security. The electronic devices installed by Securacom were only a part of the security provided by The Port Authority, who were actually in charge of security for the WTCs, and had their own police force to provide this.
