So who will end up taking Jeff Sessions Alabama senate seat? The election is next Tuesday.

Will it be democrat Doug Jones or republican and known pedophile Roy Moore?

I voted Moore. Not that I have a clue other than that Alabama doesn't elect Democrats to State wide offices. Also, it's a bit of counter superstition. Just maybe I'll be as wrong as I was about Trump.

Alabama will elect Moore for no reason other than to make Democrats unhappy. Since Trump's election, that seems to be a goal in itself.

Fake comment. Roy Moore is not a "known pedophile".

Unfortunately I'm pessimistic. Moore by 4 points is my sad guess. Trump's unambiguous endorsement is certain to provide at least a bit of a boost for the fellow traitor. Now, if progressive-leaning folk can only get off their duffs in numbers and get the hell out to the polls, Jones could actually have a chance.

The accusations will suppress some Republican votes, but not the core of Moore's voters.
They are unlikely to move voters to Jones.

But anything less than a 10 point win for Moore is a major victory for Democrats in Alabama.

I don't understand the options? Surely all there is on the ballot paper is a D or a R?

IMO the good ol' boys (and gals) in Alabama will want to send a message to those liberal elites who insist that their representatives aren't child molesters and return Roy Moore with a greater majority than Sessions.

Moore will then be welcomed with open arms by all those GOPers who were previously suggesting that he should drop out.

Moore, no question about it.
You see, the allegations are a ploy by the evil liberal elites who want to thwart the Republicans' amazing plans to support the working poor of Alabama.
They won't vote for a soft-on-crime Demoncrat who put away KKK members.
They've got to protect their values and could never vote for someone like that.

No one here has any faith in Mr. Jones?

I think everyone here who isn't a massive idiot has faith that Jones would be a better choice. That's why Moore will be elected.
