Who started both World Wars?

#1 would be putting ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ in charge, of course.

How about adding "not putting machine guns on their assault guns". A ten year old with a limpet mine could take one out.

Also, not developing a strategic air force. Bombing England into submission takes a delivery system for the bombs.

I was thinking about things a little more specific during the war. For example, one of the first major blunders was in halting the ground assault on Allied forces trapped at Dunkirk and believing airpower alone could destroy them. That halt provided valuable time which ultimately allowed over 300,000 Allied soliders to be successfully evacuated. What might have been a crushing loss of both men and material was turned primarily into a loss of material. Material is far more easily replaced than men.

Hitler was hopeless.Lucky for us that he was in charge.Nien11 could have been in the puppet Dutch government.Think of that.

There has to be some kind of content.

"KIttening"..was a tactic..now forbidden...that when one poster got really obnoxious and took over the thread, others in the thread would post photos of Kittens to show how useless the thread had been.If not for the rule against it, this thread would be wall to wall kittys....

Very good.Thread over? I think that we have exhausted the comedy potential of our Stormtrooper.

I'm aware of that. I was just saying that the OP hasn't provided any content, so we have to.

Was not sure you knew what "Kittening" was, since it has been verboten here for quite a while.
IF it was not, we would have the whole content of that "Cats who look Like Hitler" website posted here......

So that's why there are no more kitten outbreaks here. I must've missed the announcement.

Hitler fell for it twice Goering told him he could supply Von Paulus and the 6th Army in Stalingrad.

BY that time Hitler had become skeptical of a lot of Goering's claims, but in this case Goering was telling Hitler what he wanted to hear.
And, to be fair, Goering had pulled off quite an airlift operation a few weeks before with reinforcing Tunisia in the face of the advance of the Torch forces from Algeria. But the difference between The Med in November and Russia in December vis a vis weather..always a major factor in an airlift...failed to occur to either of them.

I couldn't resist just one.I prostrate myself before the mods and beg their forgiveness.

These are three of my favorites, because they're sticking their right paws up in the air. :D

However, sadly, even kittens cannot save this thread. :(

Perhaps we can fit the cats into the military blunders list...

The military blunders that even cats who look like Hitlter wouldn't have been dumb enough to do (but the real Hitler and company did do).
