Who killed Meredith Kercher? part 23

You are wrong. All the hair samples collected are in the forensic list of 498 physical samples found at the scene and remain in the court documentation.

From http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/Evidence_List#Other_biological_traces

This is a good example of failure to disclose methodology used to the defence. There is no record of how Steffanoni came to the conclusion the hair was human. Nor how she identified the hair colour (actually different with individual hairs), was there a standard colour chart she referred to ? Did she have a sample of the defendants hair for comparison? Were there reference samples from the other flat mates and the boyfriend who might also have deposited hair? What we can say with certainty is since Knox is not blonde but had dyed hair the blonde hairs could not have been hers; as a competent Scientist like Steffanoni would have identified the hair as dyed.

..........What on earth does Kizsko have to do with this case?.......

Well, he was found guilty at the first trial, which seems somehow to be supremely important to you in your selective approach to criminal justice.

Exactly. And I thought that point was crystal clear in my post. But I must remember to stop overestimating certain things :p

Crystal clear to anyone of sound mind and judgement LJ.

One of the scary things is that in England there is no test before someone is allowed to sit on a jury.

Frightening.

I'm quite concerned that ballerina-botherer Quennell is having some sort of disruptive mental health event. He is presently hysterically ranting that the Massei trial was The Most Perfect And Flawless Trial In The History Of Criminal Trials, that the prosecution phase in that trial was "as perfect as any Italian prosecution (ever) heard in court", and telling Knox she was lying about Mignini eliciting the "spontaneous declaration" from her in the small hours of the morning of 6th November 2007 - according to Quennell, Mignini was at home in bed at the very time he was sitting face to face with Knox in the police HQ :p

Oh and I happened to click through on that link to the fraudulent fake-wiki in a (vain) attempt to find credible, reliable evidence about these supposed hairs (as Planigale already pointed out, Stefanoni was horribly incompetent and unscientific in her failure to document her methodology and her failure to support her conclusions - which appear nothing more than arbitrary). Anyhow, hairs aside, I'd forgotten just how extraordinarily partisan and skewed that fraudulent fake-wiki was. If anyone wants a good example of information manipulation, misleading presentation of information to support a biassed agenda, and "Trojan Horse" presentation of partisan argument using the cloak of neutrality (here, the wiki look and feel), then themurderofmez themurderofmeredithkercher is an outstanding case study :)

And talking of neutrality, I'm yet still to see any reliable evidence that the directors of the Netflix Knox documentary ever made any attempt to deceive by stating (or even clearly implying) that they went into the making of the film with an absolutely open mind as to the guilt/non-guilt/innocence of Knox (and Sollecito) and/or an absolutely open mind as to the conduct and impact of Mignini and Pisa (upon the trial process and public opinion, respectively).

Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

Crickets.

As the fake wiki is riddled with falsehoods, I am very dubious about what the wiki says about the hair. There is no record of the prosecution arguing in court that Amanda's hair was found in Meredith's room. Again if there was a strong case against Amanda and Raffaele, why does Vixen have to resort to using arguments the prosecution never made in court?

Why does Welshman talk in the third person? Why does Welshman say he is 'very dubious', or is it a self-evident truth?

You simply put it under the microscope and it will have human features. Hair that is bleached is not the same as hair that is dyed. Bleach strips the colour out of it. Dye adds colour.

Andrea Vogt reported that a private citizen, Gabriele Belcastro, in fact did take such a complaint about judicial misconduct to a Florence court.

I believe this is what Vixen refers to.

What she may not know is that the man was laughed out of court. She also expressed the opinion that such actions only continue the pain of the first victims of all this - the Kerchers.

Which is what Vixen is participating in.

It hasn't reached court yet.

So where does Steffanoni say she did this? Was she trained to do this? Her inability to recognise starch granules does not suggest she is trained in microscopy. How did she colour match? Individual hairs vary in colour, Where is the documentation of examination of hairs from suspects and housemates? Why did she recognise a bleached hair?

To be fair to Steffanoni she did not claim to identify the source of the hairs this is made up by pro-guilt posters (with the exception of the hairs attributable to the victims by DNA testing).

Jeez, so many better things to obsess over than some random American girl 6000 miles away. Imagine the actual productive things that energy could accomplish.

'Inability to recognise starch granules...?' Really...?

I am willing to bet Stefanoni is more skilled, or at least equally skilled as you.

So, what is your level of skill that you can be so disparaging of Stefanoni?
