I think that I am the first. (Of people going to Las Vegas and not stoping in any other American cities on the way except to change flights.)

At 3:45 a.m. (Swedish time) I started my journey or to be more precise it started at 3:50 since the bus was late. Five minutes in the cold saved me $10 though, since the driver let us on without paying.
Now I am soon of to Frankfurt where I have a few hours to change my flight.
See you all soon, or eventually. ;)
 
The bus costs $10?!!!!

Here, in my small NH college town, the bus is free. Not that it goes very far... or goes anywhere interesting, really...

I begin my TAM journey tomorrow. First home for a night, then to Vegas!
 
It's 11:40pm now. I just got home from a gig, and my flight to Vegas leaves in 7 hours, 20 minutes. I'm going to spend Sunday through Wednesday with my parents in Kingman, AZ, which is 100 miles from Vegas. My Dad's turning 70 on Monday! Booyah!

I'll be at the Stardust early in the afternoon on Wednesday to stuff packets or whatever. Every minute that passes I get more excited!
 
Well, I started packing only to discover I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR!!!!

NOTHING!!!!!

(I guess it being Vegas no one will notice my walking around naked)

Every year I worry about what to wear. This year, it's JEANS. If you are lucky....

You'll be beautiful, you always are. :) Just be yourself. And try not to make the new guys too enamoured, otherwise Kari will get grumpy...

The slot machines don't care what you wear as long as you play them. :D
 
I'll be leaving tomorrow evening. Just a little more than a day to go.

For now, I'm going to enjoy New York though.
 
I'll have Kitten2 to distract people from my nakeyness.

I bought her a pair of neon pink tights.

Also, if her clothes get any tighter....

I'm saying to her PACK PACK PACK. She also has all her finals MOnday!! So she has spent all weekend studying (and IMing her buddies). But since she is missing finals week she gets them all in ONE DAY!!!

But I am so ready!!!!!
 
Here we go again with all the people spending forever to pack. Geez, come on:

4 T-shirts, 1 long-sleeve shirt, 3 pairs of pants, 4 pairs of socks. A notebook, a few magazines, and some toiletries.

Done.

There are places in Vegas they won't let you in unless you have nice clothes on. I for one am planning on bringing suitable clothing for them.

I can't afford the nice places.

And I feel WAY better as I saw the latest photos of Brittney Federine is Vegas. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I would like to publically state that while my hair is only moderately long, it is ALL MINE.
 
If a place requires "nice clothes," I don't go there.

Anyway, if it doesn't fit in a small carry-on bag, it ain't coming.
