Hmmm. More than two years to figure out the last post and you still got it wrong. If you read it again, you will notice that Reality Check was listing your mistakes.

Yes really - or more to be exactly converted, i.e. destroyed in one form and created again in another form.
An example is the conversion of kinetic energy (which is destroyed) to gravitational potential energy (which is created) when you throw a ball up into the air.
