That's why People's Court would be perfect! Don't that actually pay for the day in court. I think it's only a small claims court though so they'd have to max out at $5,000 restitution.

Even in TV court the plaintiff has to specify a defendant and a charge. Filing against "The Powers That Be" for damages resulting from "Bringin' Us Down" is extremely unlikely to be successful.
