A scene in one of his movies has a few images of something vaguely resembling "my town".

Some buildings are on fire.

Therefore, 911 was an inside job.

Yes if you ignore all the bits that disagree with you, I suppose you could pretend there is something to your claim. I would argue the rest of the interview is equally "needed" to give context, but does not happen to support your claims.

Maurice, you understand only the half part.

Cowboy is shot, and the monolithe of 2001 is visible, but it is burning. In the middle of that sequence is a cut with a 3 second long scene, where the letters MY TO*N and YN ( = NY) are visible.
later on , in the final scene is the WTC visible until the movie is over.

That is a diffent story as you told.

Like a shooting place at the fairground.

Surely, you can’t possibly be serious. First of all, for the last time, there is no “my town”, in English. There is “Mỹ Toàn”, which a bit of googling has proven to be a district in Vietnam.

There is also no NY. There is YN, or if you chose whatever angle suits you: ИY.
That is nothing.

And no one is attacking you. You bring nonsense and you keep defending it after it is totally explained to you.

No one is angry at you. And you are not Panofsky, who incidentally has absolutely nothing to do with the WTC.

Have you even read Hasford's book? That'd be a great place to start if you want to find out what parts were made up by Kubrick.

ETA: From English to Vietnamese, we get: toàn bộ lúa mì.

So Toàn obviously fits "complete, whole". It has come up as "box" as well, as others found.

I have confirmed elsewhere that "Mỹ" means the USA.

If you can't see the A, you need to get your eyes checked; every year or two.
