Well whatever it is that isn't C/2012 S1 aka ISON. We don't have images of it that good. We have some images of near earth astroids that would look rather like that but I don't recongnise it. The position of the rods suggests that they were edited in later or are part of whatever program was used to generate the video.

People get a kick out of making this stuff up and putting it out into the CT echo chamber. That or crazy people go trolling for images and confabulate stories to go with the images.

It's a crude fake.The 'comet' here is clearly an animation and the two objects circling it aren't even the same pixel resolution.
We don't have any close-up pictures of the comet - the latest image is here.
This sort of thing happens every time a big comet is announced - remember Hale-Bopp, when the CT-nuts decided that a faint object that appeared to be in the comet's tail in one photo was really a spaceship? Something similar has happened with ISON - two 'hot pixels' in an image of the comet are supposed to be alien companions.

 

[Reality Check]

The "Space Object with 2 UFOS?" is a clue that this is report about some crackpottery.

Basically the guy is commenting on an video that he found from an unstated source which has labeled the "space object" as Comet 2012 S1 (ISON) (ISON has not been imaged that closely and would need a fly by to get that much detail).

He gets it right with his doubts about whether ISON could be radar imaged that well at its current distance. He then points out the asteroid with double moons, (153591) 2001 SN263 , and how the video looks like it.

The comments are fairly sure that this is a fake and even identify a YouTube user as the fraudster.

But if you focus your camera then there wouldn't be UnFocusedObjects in the video.
