The test for that isn't her ability to speak from a teleprompter. How does she sound speaking extemporaneously?

I have no desire to criticize this women in any way. That said, this is the only time I've heard her speak. It wouldn't surprise me that she is smart, but I haven't heard enough from her to make that call.

I have however come to the conclusion that outside of real estate Donald Trump has shown no intellectual prowess whatsoever.

Sam Harris famous philosopher and neuroscientist does a great podcast of critically evaluating Donald Trump. He not only says Trump is a dangerous candidate, but that he is intellectually deficient. What's particularly great is that doesn't just claim this but offers objective criteria for reaching that conclusion. I highly recommend it.

They don't exist because Donald is a terrible businessman and will glady rip anyone off at the first opportunity.

I suppose finding equivalence between the Republican leadership and a fringe communist bunch of wacko's can be comforting.
 
He says he might not defend NATO allies from attack if he doesn't think they deserve it.
 
So Republicans were demanding to know why Cruz won't endorse Donald. Because Donald attacked his father and wife says Cruz. Duh.

And Cruz says Donald knew 3 days before that he wouldn't endorse.

To be fair to Donald. Everyone that has agreed to something for him that was a former rival had genuflected to him without him changing or doing a thing to show remorse for his vile behavior. He compared Ben Carson to a child molester and he endorsed and spoke for Donald. Scott Walker refused to endorse until Donald apologized for being a racist. Walker endorsed but I don't recall an apology. The idea of Cruz getting on stage and demonstrating that his integrity and values were more important to him than a lust for power was probably incomprehensible.

Now, it will be Trump's fault, and the fault of all the republicans who supported him and thought that he was anything resembling an actual candidate.

Donald and his supporters are in the middle of an acrimonious divorce from reality. Did you expect them to react any differently to someone unwilling to compromise his principles.
