Which brings up a point we are missing:you know Trump is going to draw a massive amount of demonstrators and protestors outside the convention. I can easily see something like what happened in Chicago in 68 happening.

On the other hand I think it would be hysterical if it became a thing - at least to the point that the NRA and RNC issued formal press releases explaining why neither the delegates nor the candidates can carry guns.
