What is your 9/11 Expertise?

Deal!
I'm beginning to think that physics, engineering, and fire fighting knowledge are not relevant to 9/11 Truth. Medical, pharmacological, psychiatric, and psychological knowledge is far more applicable.

(Fixed that for me!)

"The two most disrespected professions in the medical field, take on the most disrespectful members of the ct movement. Are you ready for the action? Rx-men, coming summer 2011"

  1. No flight experience but I've been in television production for 25 years, initially as a cameraman (studio and field) for 8 years (before deciding that I didn't much appreciate shooting in inclement weather) and the time since as a freelance editor. Most of what I've done has been for specialty networks (HGTV, Life, etc.) as well as a couple of documentaries. I've also cut short films, one of which was at Sundance in 2004. I think I can add to the already deep bench-strength here on video analysis. I also have a working understanding of basic metalurgy through a summer spent working for a heat-treating company and, having passed high school physics back in the day, retain enough to know that the twoofers haven't a clue about what they're talking about.

  7. Certified Master Scuba Diver (NAUI)
  • My particular interest in stopping hysterical nonsense stems from my having spent a lot of time at Indian Lake, right next to the shanksville area (that's where most of the skydiving took place). There were also a few great golf weekends there. I feel a certain kindred with the people that live there and have some familiarity of the lay of the land as it looks from the air. Obviously my pet peeve is troothers who make outrageous claims about Flight 93, and the disrespect they show for the families of the victims and the recovery and investigative teams that had to face and deal with the crash scene.
  • Other than that, I just enjoy watching kooks getting proved wrong everytime they open their mouths.

Summaries of these interviews were given to the 9/11 commission on April 13, 2004, and I was interviewed by several of the 9/11 Commissioners on April 14, 2004.
  • The book is based on detailed time lines made from the DOJ IG report with the missing parts filled in with the Joint Inquiry Report, the 9/11 Commission public hearings and report, the account of FBI Agent Ali Soufan, lead investigator on the Cole bombing, by Lawrence Wright, the book by Bob Woodward "State of Denial", and the evidence items entered into the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui.

I've had a clearance or two, and experience working with NASA, DOE, and DoD types, and worked for small, medium, and large outfits, so I've got some sense of and training in how various organizations function.

I am confused. Why would we take you off the list? Did you suddenly lose your education credentials?

TAM:)

To answer a year-old post, I just don't think my education credentials were ever relevant to 9/11 issues.

I don't want to follow the example of the truthers who say they are "engineers" when they are really just programmers.

I don't think that my specific credentials are relevant to 9/11 issues either (but I do have some). Critical thinking is enough to correct most mis-perceptions about 9/11. You don't need a PhD to look at a video and note that there aren't big explosions for instance, or to know that thermite is an incendiary and not an explosive, etc.

That said, I have learned a lot about physics here, and enjoy learning some of the engineering.

Bump:

I'll update the chart if anyone wants. (I'll convert it to a table to make it easier)

ETA: Now that I look closer the format is good.

  2. I also wrote a 650 page book, “Prior Knowledge of 9/11” on the events prior to the attacks on 9/11 that had allowed the attacks to take place.
  3. I have been in contact with investigators on the joint Inquiry Committee, with the 9/11 Commission and the have had numerous sit down and telephone interviews with the FBI, at least 8 separate occasions.
  • Conclusions in the book were then verified with FBI agents were still at or who have left the FBI.

Well, I'm not pig-ignorant and have somewhat more than the sense God gave goats, for what it's worth.

This thread went inactive before I became active so I'll add mine.

My brain works

I'll add this as your response if you want. Seems a bit light on detail if you ask me.

Perhaps, but entirely adequate under the circumstances and since I am entirely self-taught on 9/11 issues it is the true extent of my expertise.

Entirely self-taught on 9/11 issues (With maybe some background) works better then "my brain works". A defective brain also works.

For what it's worth:

Just got my AA in Gen Ed, with a geology major. Still in college.

I was a studio musician in the late 1980s, and worked sound boards when I wasn't playing.

Managed a hobby shop where I built model airplanes for display, and sold the complete line of Squadron aircraft books. If you're an aviation nut there's a chance you have a Squadron book in your collection.

I have worked construction for Systems Integrated on a local project wiring control panels and addressing NIC for AUMA valves. This was done in close proximity to pipe-fitters.

My primary qualification is that for 20 years I was a full-tilt CT-loon. JFK, Roswell, UFOs, Bigfoot, and the whole ball of wax. I have a small library of CT books (pre-internet days), and attended UFO discussion meetings in the 1990s that often drifted into the "bigger picture CTs". I have firsthand knowledge of the CTist world, and mind-set. I'm mainly here to do penance.

Fine. BA in Anthropology. Thirty-five years of being a drafter/CAD guy (my term)/engineer (their term) in various nonstructural engineering fields. Currently a telemarketer (my term)/senior business consultant (their term).

IOW, not much professional expertise, but enough to qualify for the architects and engineers for truth. ;)

But a defective brain works defectively and I don't have that. I should know - I've checked.

I run an auto repair business (problem solving). How's that?
