He did not have a student visa. He didn't have any Visa.

Try to focus.
And? Did I say student visa? He is a green card holder. And it doesn't matter what his status is. There is no justification to kidnap him and ship him half way across the country.

You seem to to your best to avoid providing facts into the discussion. You believe that the Constitution only applies to the people you want when, in fact, it applies to EVERYONE in the USA. Without due process, you can not determine if a person is in the country illegally, legally, is a US Citizen or not, comitted a crime or not etc. You are saying that the government can deport any "foreigner" for any reason. The reality is that, legally, every person in the country is constiutionally gauranteed the right to due process.
If due process is ignored, even for a foreigner with an expired visa, then due process is not gauranteed for anyone, at all. A citizen could simply be deported because the government just says they are a foreigner without a visa. Is that what you want?

Legally, they can not be deported without due process. Also, can you cite the law that says they can be deported without due process?
Guess you never heard of Expedited Removal Process. Its for aliens who have been here less than two years. Unless you are going to seek asylum, you can be deported without seeing a judge.

Expedited Removal Process.

Look it up. No judge required if you're just an average traveler or student or worker.

Bye bye, adios, auf wiedersehen!

Violating the rights of other people's to protect the rights of people 15,000 miles away is not morally correct.
So, you agree they should not be kidnap, assaulted, or otherwise harassed to preserve Bibi's feefees?
And when you do it in the name of a terrorist organization you have no moral standing.
Ya, no one should be defending Likud.
Student protesters and outside agitators
isn't that another way of saying "◊◊◊◊◊◊ lovers"?

Edited for rule 10. Do not swear in your posts in the public sections of the forum

violated the rights of many students for months.
They occupied some lawn space. The respective universities are free to take proportionate action. They have dealing with such demonstrations since the 60s. Nothing the kids were doing these last 2 years is especially new or shocking. Sending storm troopers and having Eric Adams buffoon his way through interviews to vilify them is lunacy.
When they should have been studying.
Seems they were practicing some of what they were studying.
And they illegally took over buildings and took over classes. When you engage in such activity you are asking to be arrested.
and when you climb the gates of a university you don't attend to make death and rape threats at students...

Edited to remove rule 10 breach in quote, and also to remove uncivil response to quote/attempt to moderate.

The colleges allowed the occupying students to violate the civil rights of many other students, based on their perceived nationality.

Also, looking at ERP, it doesn't say what he says. It doesn't apply to the situation. A visa cannot simply be revoked, arbritrarily.
No but it can be revoked and you sent home without seeing a judge.

Due Process does not affect everything that hurts your feewings. Including being sent home when you are here to see Mickey and Goofy, but you engage in unacceptable activity.

No, they should be arrested for violating the law.
So should the people attacking them

attending class is not a civil right. Using the quad is not a civil right. You can disagree with how the protestors conducted themselves, or their cause, or a lot of things. But there was no excuse to send the armed enforces to instigate violence.

Your the one quoting segregationists.

I have the feeling Herc would defend what the government did at Kent State during the Vietnam war.

So should the people attacking them...
all law breakers should be arrested.

More lies.

....attending class is not a civil right.....

Actually the supreme Court has ruled that we do have a right to an education.

Using the quad is not a civil right....

So you're ok with the KKK occupying the quad and preventing black people from using it to get to class?

LOL!!!!

They sent in the military????

What cartoon were you watching?

Seriously bro, take a chill pill. This is ridiculous hysteria.

Supreme Court ruled we have a right to an education, but how does a person access education if they are deported?

I'm ok with the KKK occupying a quad while protesting, as long as they are non-violent. I don't like anythinng about them, what they stand for, or what they do, but as long as they aren't violating the law, it's a first amendment right for them to protest.

"Kill the students who dare question Bibi!"

but we're the ones who need to take a chill pill.
