[Edward G. Robinson]Where's your god now, Moses?[/Edward G. Robinson]

First of all, He was trying to discourage anyone from taking this flight. Those four flights together held over 1000 passengers and there was only 266 aboard.
So 734+ people missed those flights? This fallacious reasoning assumes that these aircraft were fully booked and that they almost always fly full to capacity.

He was on 4 commercial flights giving terrified passengers the ability to stay calm. Not one of the family members who was called by a loved one on one of the high-jacked planes said that passengers were screaming in the background.
This assumes that without the intervention of a god the passengers would have behaved like cowards. Why take the credit for their bravery away from them?

On one of the flights he was giving strength to passengers to try to overtake the hi-jackers.
Why one flight? Why did he not give them the strength to succeed?

He was busy trying to create obstacles for employees at the World Trade Center. After all only around 20,000 were at the towers when the first jet hit. Since the buildings hold over 50,000 workers, this was a miracle in itself. How many of the people who were employed at the WTC told the media that they were late for work or they had traffic delays.
More fallacious reasoning based on assumptions about capacity. How often were 50,000 people inside the buildings early in the morning? And traffic jams are a daily occurrence in NYC. It's hardly remarkable that one slowed traffic on the morning of September 11, 2001.

He was holding up 2-110 story buildings so that 2/3 of the workers could get out. I was so amazed that the top of the towers didn't topple when the jets impacted.
Not really. The towers were designed to withstand the impact of a passenger jet.

Although this is without a doubt the worst thing I have seen in my life, I can see God's miracles in every bit of it.
Reportedly Job said about the same thing.

I keep thinking about my friend and praying for her every chance I have. I can't imagine going through such a difficult time and not believing in God. Life would be hopeless.
No, it is not.

How could this god fellow cause traffic delays? I had heard he has a bit of a problem standing up to "chariots of iron" or something along those lines.

The Fundamental Theorem of Religious Belief

Pt. 1

1. Something good happened.
2. Thank God.
3. Therefore, God exists.

Pt. 2

1. Something bad happened.
2. Thank God it wasn't worse.
3. Therefore, God exists.

Enough said.

But, we shouldn't call them stupid, because that's rude...
