This reply is way too vague. Describe specifically what happens when god is communicating with you.

Haiti comes in 2nd with 316,000 and 1st with deaths per capita of 1 in 27.Take a moment to actually read about earthquakes. The earthquake in Haiti was magnitude 7 and killed 50-85K people, its nowhere near the strongest or even the deadliest in history. There are about over a million earthquakes per year, about 20 or so which are strong or stronger than the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. In other words, earthquakes of this type happen back to back, almost every year for the whole history of planet.
God communicates through intuition because that is how spirit communicates. God is spirit.I don't have a spirit.

Japan was 4th or 5th in magnitude and greatest in financial loss.
This has never happened before back to back.
Great earthquakeWhen the crap did financial loss and death toll matter?
Delete the "over" and it acquires some sort of meaning. Perhaps not the meaning intended. What does it mean to "overcometh in Him"?
The you that you are now would have happened already so infinite regress is impossible.
And something can't come from nothing, so nature needs a cause outside of itself, outside of time and space, being uncreated. This is whom we call God.
Great earthquake
Just focus on Japan 2011 4th greatest magnitude in history.
But back to back Haiti and Japan they are record breaking.
So no, not quite record breaking.Wikipedia said:1. 830,000 1556 Shaanxi earthquake China January 23, 1556
No, the you that you are now would have already happened since you claim you had an eternity to do so. So you should exist right now.a me existing before the current me
Comes in 2nd not 1st. Record breaking in deaths per capita and combined with Japan 2011. Japan 2011 was record breaking greates financial loss, and 4th greatest in magnitude. From the wikipedia page you linked earlier

I was taking the minimum number so Haiti is 2nd most deaths in history. Haiti would know. Truly a great earthquake.Comes in third actually, and the numbers on that page don't match the numbers on the page for the Haitian earthquake alone (316,000 on the linked page vs 215,000 on the page devoted to the earthquake). Also, where does the per capita number come from, I've been searching for it and coming up empty-handed.
I was taking the minimum number so Haiti is 2nd most deaths in history. Haiti would know. Truly a great earthquake.
I'm not denying that it was devastating in any way, but the numbers might not be entirely accurate.Wikipedia said:Edmond Mulet, UN Assistant Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations, said, "I do not think we will ever know what the death toll is from this earthquake", while the director of the Haitian Red Cross, Guiteau Jean-Pierre, noted that his organization had not had the time to count bodies, as their focus had been on the treatment of survivors. The United States Agency for International Development concluded that the death toll was somewhere between 46,000 and 85,000
"According to official estimates, 316,000 people killed, 300,000 injured, 1.3 million displaced, 97,294 houses destroyed and 188,383 damaged in the Port-au-Prince area and in much of southern Haiti."I'm not denying that it was devastating in any way, but the numbers might not be entirely accurate.
From the same website:"According to official estimates, 316,000 people killed, 300,000 injured, 1.3 million displaced, 97,294 houses destroyed and 188,383 damaged in the Port-au-Prince area and in much of southern Haiti."
Other estimates suggest substantially lower numbers of casualties, perhaps as low as fewer than 100,000.
I still can't find anywhere that this number is mentioned, could you be kind enough to point it out for me?Resistible said:And don't forget most deaths per capita of 1 in 27.
Other religions can't prove their claims. Whereas in Christianity the proof is the testimony of the dsiciples seeing Jesus alive from the dead in various group settings. No naturalistic explanation can account for this.
Divide through by the population level.I still can't find anywhere that this number is mentioned, could you be kind enough to point it out for me?
There is no better proof than the testimony of the disciples who spent 3 years with Jesus and set up the churches based on their eyewitness testimony. Since group hallucinations are impossible and people don't willingly die for what they know is a lie, you can be sure Jesus raised Himself from the dead. This post is faulty, except maybe, maybe, for the first sentence. But sure, why not? You realize that if we accepted the level of "proof" that you offer as proof, we would have to accept the "proof" of a rather remarkable number of other claims, most of which are completely and wholly incompatible with Christianity?
And as Pat Robertson explained in a 700 Club broadcast:I was taking the minimum number so Haiti is 2nd most deaths in history. Haiti would know. Truly a great earthquake.
It was Napoleon I, but, hey, nobody's infallible. They were under the heel of the French. You know, Napoleon III, or whatever.
Pat knows what deals they're making in Hell, but he doesn't know something that half a minute on the Internet would have enlightened him about. And they got together and swore a pact to the devil. They said, we will serve you if you'll get us free from the French. True story. And so, the devil said, okay it's a deal [...] ever since, they have been cursed by one thing after the other.
