Actually, that sounds a lot like what Walker-Smith was being investigated for:

That would be Simon Murch who performed that colonoscopy on Jack Piper. He was a co-defendant along with Wakefield for the GMC FTP hearing but was not struck off, ironically.

This so-called evidence that Walker-Smith presented with some of the (eventual) Lancet children does not appear to even be published.
