funny thing is whenever stuff like this does happen its always a psyop, disinfo, a patsy, or something else to make the CTers look bad

The guy clearly doesn't know the meaning of the word "treason". He advocates "overthrow"-- of what? The government? Isn't THAT treason?

And what the hell is a "treason lawsuit"?

Not surprising at all. Some of my favorite armchair revolutionaries were Canadians. As long as you planned your meetings, demonstrations, riots, and barricade-erecting around the hours they needed to be in Toe Blake's Tavern to watch the hockey, you were guaranteed a turn out of at least twelve.

Not under the US Consitution.

Article 3, Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Thus advocating or actually attempting to overthrow the US Government is not Treasonable. Joining the Taliban and fighting against the US Army is.
 
What would assassinating Bush and Kissinger accomplish at this point?
