well it's kind of sad. Right now if her goal is attention she is getting a lot of it.
If her goal is to prove her "power" or explore it, this isn't the right place.
If her goal is to become a skeptic, well, that would mean coming to terms with her power not being a power. Just self delusion and a strong "fantasy" personality (Fantasy personality types simply are better at imagination and function quite well in the world despite their beliefs that are perhaps not well thought out). If she can reach beyond that, and learn critical thinking skills that will serve her well through out her life - then hanging with skeptics is a good plan. But, she has to be willing to learn and face some hard facts. Maybe she needs to be more open to being convinced, then trying to convince others. Opening herself up to the truth, and knowing that ones self is never the best source of truth, as self delusion is something we all do....well then her life will be better and she will be able to really use that intelligence and stand tall with the skeptics. Susan Blackmore is a former "woo" that is now highly respected in the skeptic world. She really was a believer, but she wanted to PROVE it. When she couldn't, she accepted that it wasn't real. Her book about her journey is a must read for all skeptics and people open to becoming skeptics.
Anita has a chance to move beyond being something that is tested and toyed with. If she is open minded as Susan Blackmore, she can find friendship and fellowship with skeptics. If she is just messing around... and in it for the short time attention, then her life will not reach it's full potential and she will wander through life without every really getting to know her true self. Honestly and being honest with ones self, is a wonderful way to go through life. Skeptics are overall are more successful, better educated and happy in their work than non skeptics. Heck Penn Jillette told us that at TAM, and it's true. SHe can join or be in a few years "hey you remeber that Anita person? Yeah...you won't believe what she's doing now, it's kinda sad she's still hanging onto that vague woo".
