Dear FSM. The land upslope from the farm looks like a regular chute for this stuff. I presume it's a fairly recent development.

There's a town (Leonidio) near us with closer and maybe higher cliffs. Every time I go there I think "Nope .... wouldn't want to live under that lot". No idea how stable it is, mind.

At around 1:30, is that a berm around the radio tower to reroute boulders? If it is, not only was someone aware of the possibility of this happening, but a rock gunning for the tower was going to be redirected towards the house intentionally.
