Various acknowledgments for TAM7

I have tried to think about something to write that would cover everything about TAM 7...I just don't have the literacy skills.

It was so great to renew friendships and meet new people. At the same time, there were so many people that I missed connecting with.

So, we need to have an extra TAM...a mega barbecue just to reconnect with everyone.

thanks all,

glenn

I just realized it's been a week since TAM. I can't believe it's only been a week, since I feel I've been separated from you guys forevahhhh... My brain is slowly processing and filing all the fun and so more thoughts are popping up.

Teek, I think you're absolutely marvelous, even though I only got to chat with you twice. I'm so glad that you decided to come and I'm super jealous of your accent!

Geek Goddess, I wish I could have talked to you more! I use you and your job as an example of all the cool people I meet at TAM and all the neat things they do for a living. Your sons are very cool as well, although I didn't get to talk to them much.

saganite, I've got to give a high-five to you for coming out to Vegas and hanging out with everyone while pregnant! It must have been tiring! Is the little one coming next year for his/her first TAM? :)

A, you rocked the kasbah. I'm not sure if you check the forums very often, so I already left you a comment on your Facebook about how hard you rocked TAM, but seriously, I've got the utmost respect and admiration for you.

Jas, I only got to talk to you for a second but I wish I had the self-confidence that you have. I hope we get to talk more next year.

Wow. I honestly don't have words sufficient to express what TAM was like for me. I talk about it a little in the podcast, but even that doesn't do it justice.

Thank you everybody. I hope I didn't act too much like a dick when I was drunk.

I can honestly say that I never witnessed you acting like a dick, drunk or otherwise.

Lots of people made it a fantastic week, but there was one quite brief conversation that stands out among the rest for lasting impact and impact/word spoken. That person probably knows who (s)he is and would enjoy the fact that we took advantage in the lull of a conversation about the sanctity of dogs to discuss George Wallace.

Thanks!

Nah, you just open more about all the flying you get to do and why it's worth it! Mind, you did steal my arm rest away. I guess it WAS your chair though...

w00t, my first post!
I will try to maintain a presence on these boards.
I am half of the Stettler Gays that Eos made reference to (Thanks for the props btw *hugs*)
We are, like many people vastly outnumbered by the followers of woo in our isolated little community, but it was very nice to see so many locals (provincial anyway) attendees at TAM 7 (our first TAM event).
We had such a blast that future trips seem imminent. Eos (or as we called her, Twylla) was a h00t! Our first american gay bar experience would not have been the same without you!
I wish I could have made more connections but we spent the majority of our time getting trashed in the casino's and lounges that we found were more than accomodating.
Thats it for now, but I will be back!
