VA Tech School Shooting, possible 32 dead, developing...

I have a friend at VATech, she is all right thank God. (Heh funny I am not religous and yet that was the first phase out of my mouth.) I am holding a lot of things back by what I read above from Alex Jones and others like him. I could go off on and easily be banned, but please I wish this subject to remain civil so please for everyone there, friends, and family a like let's please keep them in our thoughts.

Agree totally. Thats what makes this so distasteful. Lets tend to the wounded, comfort the suvivors and families of those who passed. Then worry about who to (RULE 8) blame.

Blame isn't going to fix anything right now, all it will do is cause more distress for those involved.

I posted the link to the Prison Planet story on a politcial forum I belong to at 4.01pm (Board time)

I'm glad to see that someone is trying to explain the strange, abnormal events by stating other possibilities. Unless the "?" mark has changed meaning, it states a theory, not truth. No reason to complain then.

It does?

On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies?

Nope.

ETA: Perhaps it's their definition of "theory" which is off.

How long before the police find a loose change dvd in this guys house and an attempt is made to connect it to the 911 truth movement?

How long before you tell us why Jowenko is wrong when he says that the collapses of the twin towers do not resemble demolitions? What do you know that demolition experts don't?

Oh, I forgot: you're ignoring those questions.

Incidentally, I'm purposely avoiding any comment on today's tragedy. I simply don't know enough about it to do anything but deplore such senseless carnage.

That is somewhat off topic.

I am ignoring your questions because it is rather fun to watch you follow me round the forum.

ya, good insight, the info now isnt clear....but we also must realize if evil things occur by these officials and they try to cover it up tomorrow....we cant ignore that either...if we can prove it!

Since when does a conspiracy theorist require proof?

Uh, not quite. You are ignoring my questions because they are terribly inconvenient to your fantasies. Remember that I observed that you are a clumsy trickster.

That you should pretend to regard it as fun to be exposed as a charlatan is the sort of hopeless dodge we've come to expect.

I am not sure what questions I haven't answered. Please ask them.

Aha. The mark of CTers everywhere......[sigh]

Has he accused you of being COUNTELPRO or whatever yet? :boggled:

Remember, trait, we're not laughing with you.

I know this is an emotional subject. However, can we please try to remain calm and civil as requested.

It would ill behove anyone in the UK who remembers Dunblane to be anything other than upset at this kind of shooting. And that too was just a nut, with a gun.

Huh? How can you bring this up in a situation where the victims were prevented from carrying firearms, and the death toll would have been much less if they would have been allowed to?
I'll steer well away from debating about gun control, but I'd like to point out the fact that it was an incident like today's which spurred Texas to allow people to carry concealed weapons several years ago.

A crazy man drove his pickup through the front windows of a Luby's restaurant and started methodically executing the patrons there. A woman who was skilled with guns was eating at the restaurant with her elderly parents. Her gun was in her car outside, but if concealed carry had been permitted, she likely would have had it in her purse, and likely could have easily taken out the gunman. She could do nothing, though, and both her parents were killed.

She became the most vociferous proponent of allowing concealed carry permits in Texas, and it probably would not have passed without her efforts.

Again, I am not wanting to debate, especially since I don't have a strong opinion either way, but I think it's an interesting, and surprising, history lesson about the effects of these kinds of tragedies on politics.

I think I know who you are talking about. She was on the episode of Penn and Teller's BS dealing with Gun Control.

It seems to me that Europeans and Americans rarely find common ground on gun control, and I don't intend to start looking for either a fight or any middle ground at this time.

Gosh, I can understand your confusion, as they are the same questions I ask over and over. I copied the following from one of my posts that can be found on this very page (as if you didn't know, you sly fox!):

Jowenko is right that they don't resemble demolitions.
