Yeah, I've seen that before. At the time I showed it to my family, who are all keen "House" watchers, and not a single one of them (five) recognised him.
 
Youtube has since taken the Uri Gellar video down and I can't seem to find it anymore. I heard Randi say on the NESS podcast that he had distributed a ton of copies of it, and I was wondering if anyone had one? I'm dying to see it.

No, he is wrong. He started out as a magician in Israeli night clubs. He has lied so long that lying has become second nature to him.
 
Last week he said in an interview that he never claimed that he had healing powers, but I saw a proof that he did claim that, at least one time. So yes, he lies all the time. But he's a millionaire, so what he cares.
 
I would think that If I had the level of psychic power Geller claims so unconvincingly to have that I would find a better use for it that breaking peoples cutlery as a parlour trick - generally speaking it is easier to eat your dinner with a fork that isn't buckled. The useof a magnet to deflect a compass needle is one i think everyone picks up on even in infant school. I certainly did. Good to see the fool exposed though i expect it isn't loudly enough to stop him carrying on his act for some years to come yet unless he does something really stupid.

It is news to some of the people who still believe in him, hopefully that has changed.
