Update on KSM

So KSM may not have killed Daniel Pearl but on the other hand, he may have been involved in other Al Qaeda attacks he hasn't confessed to.
Wow. A terrorist may not be a paragon of honesty and virtue. How extraordinary. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I note that nothing in that article absolves KSM of membership of Al Qaeda, or of plotting the 9/11 attacks. Presumably you will welcome a 'guilty' verdict.

That is it, no comment, nothing to say about this massive whatever? You take an Opinion piece and assorted stuff and fail to comment.

How did you do it? you found stuff on historycommons, which found stuff all over which means?

Part of the stuff you posted was an opinion. Hey, someone has an opinion, and it appears you think it is good for something. What would that be?

Do You Want to comment on what it means for the movement based on the ignorance of the followers, the true believers in 9/11 truth?

Are you 11 years behind? Can't comment? Typing problems? How many of the things which comprise the stuff you posted are opinions? Quote mining and cherry picking, typical History Commons.

Yeah geggy, why is that?

I for one think it’s been too long of a wait to see this pig’s execution. I wish they’d stop all this legal wrangling and get on with it. I can see it now - The pig being marched through the streets of Manattan and taken to the top of One World Center. I cannot decide what I’d like more - seeing him impaled on the spire, hung from it or flung from it. I’m leaning towards a good flinging, provided good weather and a safety zone imposed around the estimated impact zone.

Now I very much aware that most, if not all of the members will find the above offensive, repugnant and not funny at all.

And I don’t care.

It’s my opinion and I stand by what I said. At least I’ve said something.

Unlike you, who never says anything.

Why is that?

Maybe set a fire such that he has the choice of jumping off or burning to death, like some of the 9/11 victims.

Actual news(?):

GUANTANAMO BAY NAVY BASE, CUBA
Hearings in the 9/11 death-penalty trial may be held in the Washington area for the first time since the case began, a move some lawyers say would bolster the argument that alleged terrorists are entitled to greater Constitutional protections at Guantánamo trials.

Across six years of pretrial hearings, the lawyers and judge have regularly taken a 1,300-mile flight to this remote base in southeast Cuba where alleged mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed and four alleged accomplices are among 40 war-on-terror prisoners.

On Sept. 17, the new trial judge ordered prosecutors to scout for a Top Secret site in the Washington D.C. area to hold closed sessions Nov. 7-9 “in the interest of judicial economy.” The judge, Marine Col. Keith Parrella, cast the stateside location as a solution to a scheduling conflict in Guantánamo’s only maximum-security court chamber.

But while the hearings will be closed and classified, some lawyers say, the shift to U.S. soil could strengthen the argument that the accused terrorists are entitled to constitutional rights like confidential attorney-client conversations, to confront one’s accuser, to not be subjected to cruel or unusual punishment, to attend all portions of their trial — some of which the Bush administration sought to deny those tried at the U.S. naval base in Cuba when it set up the war court in the first place.
