U.S. Capital Building Haunted!

In the late 80's and early 90's there were reports of a faceless, soulless apparition haunting the White House, turned out to be Dan Quayle
 
My eighth grade English teacher would give anyone a hard time who wrote "U.S. Capital Building." The building itself is the "capitol." The city is the "capital."
