US President Donald Trump has signed a sweeping sanctions bill, taking aim at Russia's economy by punishing major purchasers of its oil and gas.
The bill, passed by the US House of Representatives earlier this week, gives Trump broad powers to levy tariffs of up to 100% on the top five purchasers of Russian oil and gas – most significantly China and India.
At Trump's behest, the bill also extends to Iran's energy and weapons sectors.

I don't buy it, though. It's a tempting theory but they have very bulky joins on the outside of the leg and I just don't see a trace of that.
Also Trumps calf doesn't look any more suspicious than the guy walking behind him. They both look like they have another layer underneath their trousers.

I am ready for trump to go as much as the next sane person but I have to admit, this social media trend of trying to detect hidden medical devices under his clothes has gotten a bit bizarre. It seems there's a new one every week.
This goes back a while. I remember these types of accusations against W when some were convinced he was wearing secret devices during debates and speeches. Obama and Biden got the same. It may even pre-date the internet era.
