Frankly, it was a “dump!” Past Presidents did not take care of it. I love renovating it during my spare time, which is not much.
The Department of Interior, and various contractors, are doing a fantastic job.
Attached are pictures of BEFORE and AFTER. The exterior “skin” of the Building was practically falling off!
It is now in better shape than when built in 1792.
Such an Honor to have the privilege of saving this Great Structure! More time without renovation would have destroyed our beloved White House!

I swear this has been Photoshopped/AI manipulated to ◊◊◊◊ and gone. Same stains and bits of debris, bottom right. The marks he is complaining about are chisel marks from where the blocks were carved. He would put board shorts on Michelangelo's David and say it was 'improved.'

He knew a guy who said he could put a skim of filler over the original masons' tool marks and conceal any hint of character the building's fabric has on a human scale.

If he hadn't done it, the White House was definitely doomed. As doomed as the Kennedy Center. True story. Why are you looking at me like that?

My wife (a driving instructor) has just had to increase prices for all her students, usually she increases annually at New Year but the new prices apply to new students and she leaves the existing ones at the old price until they pass but her fuel costs have increased so much she can't afford to.

Al, and Data Centers, will be the Greatest Economic Development Engine in History - Bigger than Oil, Gold, Diamonds, or even the Internet.

I'm starting to think no stock picking advice in the world could be better than just keeping an eye on trump's investment disclosures. I think they come out quarterly if I'm not mistaken. Its basically a list of the companies that he is going to ensure have a good year.

eta...no only an annual statement as far as I can tell and it comes out 6 months after year end. And Trumps is hundreds of pages long because his accounts have made over 20,000 trades in his time as president. Biden apparently made 13 in 4 years.
