Trump's Second Term

I need my lawyer back!

And if he isn't? Is it ketchup time?

Trump: Today, I'm giving all American car companies the right to build what are known as tiny little tiny cars. I go over to Europe and I see these little cars all over the place.

It's a tiny little beautiful little car. I'm not sure I want to get hit by one of your Silverados . OK, or one of your Cadillacs, but you'll make them as safe as possible, right? You put a cocoon, you put a little cocoon around them. See, I would have been a wonderful automobile designer

I want a poster of a tiny little tiny car for my bedroom wall!

Lunacy.

Trump has clearly outlived his usefulness to Project 2025. The Evil Cabal will dig in for his last two years, let him lose bigly in the midterms, and get him "disappeared", probably into an asylum, before 2028. There will be no Trump 2028. Couch Boy or some other more sane mouthpiece will be their pick.
And they could be in for a right land at that stage. The republitraitor party is a disparate coalition of very different emails only held together by the charisntma of TACO.

Fun fact. He votes by mail.

Trump: Mail-in ballots have proven to be a disaster… I went to vote. Sir, may I please see your identification, sir. I'm so embarrassed. I know you're Trump . I whipped out. I was lucky. I had some kind of a card on me

Showing your penis in public is normally a crime, Donald, even if in your case it's too small to be seen with a microscope.

He's giving car companies the "right" to make cars that they aren't currently making because there aren't enough people in the US who actually want them for it to be profitable, while pretending he's doing them a big favor.
Plenty of people want reasonably priced, economical and safe cars that don't pollute as badly. But because of tax and emissions rules (brought in at the behest of manufacturers) the child killer vehicles make much more profit per unit to sell.

The NYT reports that The Don says that the heavy strikes have Iran begging to go back to the table. He quotes them as saying “pretty please.”

“Iran denied that claim and gave no sign that it was prepared to make new concessions or even speak directly with American officials.”

I can hardly believe it when I say I trust the Iranian foreign ministry’s version more than that of the President of the United States’. Not that I have a history of putting a lot of stock into what Presidents say. But Iran? Wow. What a mind ◊◊◊◊.

Yeah Trump just says whatever he thinks he wants the audience to hear at the time - truth be damned. I'd tend to believe Iran more than him too.

People in the USA don't seem interested.

Doug DeMuro the popular car Podcaster and reviewer likes to drive and to review small cars. He rarely does it for two reasons.
They are hard to find in the USA, manufacturers don't include them in their USA ranges, that means he has to find s private import, which means they are usually 25 years old.
Second, even when he finds an up to date one to review they are his worst performing videos.

When he said "tiny cars", I was picturing something like the Isetta.

The whole front of an Isetta is a giant door, getting him into it would be pretty easy, open it up and he can just fall backwards into it... Getting back out would be a whole other problem though. And I think we can rule out crash testing such a thing today.
