I very much doubt whether the aircraft shown in that nonsensical communication was ever flown by any branch of the US military, let alone used in Operation Epic Fury.

To start with, it would be quite stupid to design a jet fighter whose pilots cannot see what's above them and to the rear. It is also hard to see how that design could accommodate an ejection seat that fires upward; the downward-firing ejection seat of early F-104 Starfighters was unusual, and was replaced after killing a number of pilots who had to eject at low altitude. I suspect the "photo" is AI slop.
