I'm a construction inspector with the NY Department of Transportation, and I work with construction workers every day. They have a great deal of specialized training. Carpenters, masons, heavy equipment operators, ironworkers, millwrights, even laborers. I don't know how to operate a pneumatic jackhammer; do you?

According to a YouTuber who claims to be a swimming pool installer, the PU coatings, whilst very strong, and indeed would be difficult to cut with a knife, they are vulnerable to poorly applied surface bonding, or water pressure from outside the pool, if it's in an area with a high water table.

The first would be entirely on brand for a cowboy contractor, but I also wonder when in the process, Trump drove over it, because tyres would be prone to leaving quite a lot of potential contamination.
