He's walking a fine line. He wants to run for POTUS again. He has to keep Trump and MAGA voters sufficiently happy with him to escape being turned on by them without alienating the more sane Republicans.

What he really wants is a bunch of Trumpist brownshirts at the polls checking every ballot before it goes in the box. Any for an opponent are deemed "rigged" and can be discarded. He is looking for a 100% vote in favour of himself...like in Kim Jong Un in North Korea who he loves.

The Washington D.C. Park Police believe they've identified two individuals associated with Antifa who dumped a five-gallon bucket full of aggressive green algae in the Reflecting Pool late Saturday Night.

"The algae blooms we're seeing aren't typical of this region," said Parks Department Spokesman Ben Jarroo, "This stuff came from the swamps of Georgia, and it was dumped in the people's pool on purpose."

Investigators tracked a pickup truck entering the National Mall area around 2 AM, when two men were spotted dumping an unknown substance and vacating the area with quickness.

"We know who they are. Once we know where they are, they'll be in custody."

And it might be an impossible path to walk.
I have seen mor anger from the neocon more traditonal Republicans over the "Peace" deal (I think as peace deal wit will be just about as effective as the Munich agreement) to the point where some are talking about possible forming a new party.
But no one knows what will happen when Trump kicks the bucket. Question is..and no one really knows..how much the MAGA movement was a personality cult only and will fall part when Dear Leader goes t his reward.
But the big loser here..for now..is Bibi. He bet the farm on the US overthrolwing the Iranian regime, and it has not happened.
in the end Trump only cares about Trump.
 
i think long term the us takes a big step back from israel. although i think it was a pretty good scheme they had going by basically bribing politicians with our own aid money to advance israeli interests and keep sending more aid money, probably time for that to come to an end
