Followed by starting ill-defined wars and attempting to micromanage operations
And topped off with interfering in the procurement of weapons without an understanding of what he's doing (trump class warship)

- attempted removal of trans soldiers (I am sure many of which have respectable careers, and removing them will leave gaps to fill in the military hierarchy)
- elimination of certain vaccine requirements (such as making flu vaccines optional for military members)
