That's only because US cities were redesigned after WW2 to be actively hostile to people.

I would say absolutely yes. What one gives is a different concept from what the recipient deserves to get. Giving respect or disrespect is not dependent upon whether one earns it. With that said, Trump has done plenty to earn all that disrespect and so very much more.

...If the first two sentences were true, the world would be a much better place. Far too many on the far right, internationally, are fans of Hitler. Far too many anti-Jew people think well of him, too. As for Bundy? There are apparently a bunch of "Bundyphiles" for Ted Bundy and Manson left a rather positive impression on many, with his "charisma" apparently well acknowledged.

On top of the rest of their illegal actions that have led to the deaths of huge numbers of people. Their treatment of USAID features prominently there, but many of their other actions are plenty murderous, too, including with their sabotage of the EPA and its mission.

Trump appears to bragging about his crowd size on January 6th: They went there with love. Tremendous crowd. I believe it's the largest crowd I've ever spoken to by twice. Bigger than anything. There was so much love.
