Trump's Second Term

Tears in his eyes?

Trump: A policeman came up to me recently. He's a perfect guy to guard me. He was a massive guy, big strong guy. He said, 'Sir, you made me look so good in front of my wife. My wife thought I was a horrible investor because every time I invested we lost money. Now she thinks I'm Warren Buffett. I love my wife much more now.'

Lol wut? He loves his wife more because he was next to Trump so his bad investments make his wife think he's Warren Buffet?!?

The emperor lives in a cloud of comforting lies. And he believes his own lies because when he says them, it makes them true. When he says what he wants to be true, people tell him it is true. Imagine having a power like that. You just tell yourself what you want, then you say it, then it's real. People say "That's right. Whatever it was you just said, that's exactly right, and we all agree with, uh, whatever it was." It's like a superpower.

The problem is that they then actually try to make it come true, which truly terrible consequences. I mean Trump wants to spout off about how the head of the US Federal Reserve should be charged with some sort of crime that's a problem, when the DOJ obey the deranged ramblings that's a disaster.

I'm about (in Trump words) 500, 600, maybe 1500% sure that this was a Halloween episode of The Simpsons. Bart would say or think something and then it would be a reality.

Make him an offer

Sen. Kevin Cramer: "Maybe the point should be if you're the attorney for Jay Powell and you want to avoid an indictment, how about you go to Jeanine Pirro and say, 'I'll make a deal. I'll step down today if you drop the investigation today.' To me, that would be a win win for everybody."

I'm embarrassed that dumb sack of ass hair represents my state.

It's also how people respond to precocious annoying brats, and lunatics.

That, or that episode of the Twilight Zone where you get sent to the cornfields if you disobey the little kid in charge.
