Trump's Second Term

Well, well, who'd have thought?

Looks like The Donald was lying!

I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell you!
But Mr Toyota told him so it must be true!

That his name is actually Akio Toyoda is just an unimportant detail.

Trump: Yesterday I was with Mr. Toyota in Japan, and he just announced he is going to spend -- they are going to spend $10 billion and they are going to build new car plants and they are going to build them in numerous states

Or if the media did their job and hounded the Dump administration like they did in 2024 with Biden.

I hope he's really suffering.
As an aside, I guess maybe a slow, steady decline is the best we can hope for. Let the cult see him grow more and more weak and confused and maybe a few of them will turn their backs on him, as opposed to if he just suddenly passes.
We might look forward to see Trump lose in 2026 and have enough brain cells left to see that is as far as it goes. Then he can look forward only to no jail 2026-2028.

Trump: South Korea has agreed to pay the USA 350 Billion Dollars for a lowering of the Tariff's charged against them… Additionally, they have agreed to buy our Oil and Gas in vast quantities, and investments into our Country by wealthy South Korean Companies and Businessmen will exceed 600 Billion Dollars…. I have given them approval to build a Nuclear Powered Submarine

Additionally, they have agreed to buy our Oil and Gas in vast quantities, and investments into our Country by wealthy South Korean Companies and Businessmen will exceed 600 Billion Dollars. Our Military Alliance is stronger than ever before and, based on that, I have given them approval to build a Nuclear Powered Submarine, rather than the old fashioned, and far less nimble, diesel powered Submarines that they have now. A great trip, with a great Prime Minister!

South Korean official lays out details of $350 billion investment package and tariff agreement

A South Korean official laid out more information about the terms of a trade agreement between South Korea and the U.S., including a $350 billion investment package that Trump has been seeking.

South Korea will invest $200 billion in the U.S., capped at $20 billion a year, and also join in a shipbuilding partnership valued at $150 billion, South Korea's senior secretary for policy, Kim Yong Beom, said. Mutual tariffs will remain at 15%, and tariffs on South Korea's cars and auto parts will be cut to 15%, the secretary said.

The shipbuilding efforts will be led by Korean companies, the secretary said.

Give him something shiny and he's happy.

He's going to wear it isn't he?

President Donald J. Trump is honored by South Korea with a gold crown and the Grand Order of Mugunghwa—the nation's highest civilian award and the first time it has been given to an American president

Gee, I have no idea who's telling the truth!

Why will he be a lame duck when he has no intention of stepping down and can do whatever he wants?
Who will stop him?

Also, look at what he's done in less than a tear.
Things are accelerating, just think what it will be like in another year.
Nobody will stop him. Even death, because what he started will carry on.
My bold on the typo above, because I weep for my country.

Ok, I'm old, white, male, financially comfortable and not politically active. I'll probably not suffer at all.
I feel guilty about that.

He does the opposite

Trump: It's easy to create government jobs. I can fake the numbers if I want but that's not the way you build a great country. That's what they used to do under the Biden administration, under Barack Hussein Obama. They would say, hire a lot of people so we can make our numbers look good. I do the opposite

Former FBI Agent Walter Giardina is a DIRTY COP! He should be, along with Deranged Jack Smith, the sinister team of Lisa Monaco and Andrew Weissmann, Liddle' Jay Bratt, Norm Eisen and his FAKE Charity, CREW, Christopher Wray, Merrick Garland, Thomas Windom, who dreamt up the corrupt J-6 Witch Hunt, should be investigated, immediately. They are a disgrace to our Nation. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Q: "Unless ACA subsidies are extended, the average plan will increase by somewhere around 115%"
DR OZ: "Where'd you get that number?"
Q: "Kaiser Family Foundation"
OZ: "They retracted that. Here's the truth. The average American who's on ACA is gonna pay $13 more than this year. That's not a big issue."

Dr. Oz is lying. The Kaiser Family Foundation did not retract the statement.

Wasn't something like this already in place with Sth Korea? Which means they have negotiated Trump into dropping his silly tariffs, i.e. improving their export options, with few or no concessions required?

Uh huh. I did NOT see that coming.

Haven't seen this mentioned yet...

From: https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/na...esting-nuclear-weapons-immediately-rcna240681
President Donald Trump said Wednesday he had instructed the Defense Department to “immediately” start testing nuclear weapons "on an equal basis" with other nations....The United States has the ability to resume tests at a federal site in Nevada.

I wonder how the residents of Nevada will feel when the U.S. starts detonating nuclear weapons in the state. But then I remembered, the state went for Trump in the 2024 election, so they voted for that. Enjoy the radiation. Make sure you put on extra sun-block when you go outside.

Another turn of the screw

(List of Trump calling for various political prosecutions cut for space, and because frankly it doesn't really matter.)
I hope the Comey and James cases get resolved quickly (with a 'not guilty' verdict, or kicked out for malicious prosecution or similar reason.) The sooner Trump realizes that juries aren't necessarily going to help railroad people, the sooner they might start actually realizing the loses in court are going to be more embarassing to them.
