Trump's Second Term

Trump quotes Ronnie Jackson. Trump is definitely not dying. All kinds of words here, so we can definitely not see the IV bruise on the hand. He is also making a big deal of the "presidential walk" on the White House lawn. As if walking in from the helicopter is a big accomplishment.

American values and traditions?
Fast food and obesity?

American values and traditions?? Like 30,000 unnecessary deaths from uncontrolled guns, every year, year after year? Mass-shootings more than one per day on average? Not providing medical care or education for children because they are too poor, or too brown, or too "Mexican"? Letting criminal organisations run your elections while you cheer them on? Happily ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ all over your own constitution just to cheer on a dying, insane, self-centered mafioso and his fascist minions because they do?

I think the USA needs a whole lot of new values and traditions!

I have the solution. They will have to print the Trump dollar first. Then Trump resigns, JD takes over and introduces the Trump dollar, also the semiquincentennial dollar, for all the great accomplishments of Trump. Then JD gives him the semiquincentennial presidential medal of honor. No other president will get that. Even the Nobel Peace Prize will be nothing compared to that. Then JD announces the construction of the Trump Shrine To Making America Great Again on the Centennial Mall.

The ballroom never gets finished.

There has been a podcast called “Shrinking Trump”, where two psychologists mainly discuss Trump’s mental state and decline. I’ve listened most weeks.

The most recent episode is their last. I’m only about 30 minutes in, but the reason seems to be that they have become fearful of lawsuits or other retribution from Trump and his cronies. They’ve said another, similar show with different hosts may arise to replace it, but they’re done and the podcast is no more.

It says first floor, isn't that what we call the ground floor in the UK?
Can't tell from the pictures, but it may have been one of those beachfront homes where the first floor is built up over stilts for flood protection and sometimes have a boat ramp and car parking space on the ground. So that first (and maybe only) floor could have been 10 or so feet above the ground.

Not acceptable to Donald.

Hassett: "China has, especially for soybean farmers, has stopped buying US soybeans. Right now the silos are full and there are soybeans sitting on the ground with tarps over them. That's unacceptable to the president. We're calling up all our soybean customers around the world as part of our trade negotiations and we're also getting ready to have really strong policies to support our farmers."

War Zones

Rep. Pat Harrigan defends Trump's deployment of troops to cities: "I don't think it's wrong for members of the administration to characterize places like Chicago and Portland as war zones when they are putting up stats of about 50 murders a weekend." (There have been 58 murders in Portland all year as of Oct. 1.)

Donald says prices are low and there is no inflation ahead of “the Holiday season”

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
JUST OUT: Good news for the Holiday Season. EARLY PRICES ARE DOWN, WHILE TARIFFS ARE MAKING OUR COUNTRY AN ECONOMIC POWER AGAIN. Also, virtually NO INFLATION, AS STOCK MARKETS CONTINUALLY HIT RECORD HIGHS. THE BEST OF ALL WORLDS FOR THE U.S.A.

It says "fist floor" (sic) and is quoting another source, which needs a signup to read.

"Jumping" from the ground floor seems unlikely to break one's hip, unless it's taking about escaping out of a ground floor window, which might have had a fair height distance from sill to ground especially if the ground's not level.

Unacceptable? Maybe the daft ◊◊◊◊ shouldn't have started a trade war with the farmers' main customer.
