The Irony of the People saying crazy things statement is overwhelming.
The only thing Trump said that makes any sense was his wanting the base in Afghansitan back. Bit given the Trump brokered the bad deal with the Taliaban that gave them Afghanistan.

I agree that it's never going to happen unless the president actually is incapacitated. But the 25th Amendment itself is literally part of the Constitution, and therefore cannot be unconstitutional by definition.

I suspect that that was part of the point. More of the point being that truth, the Rule of Law, and the authority of the Constitution are things that Trump is actively trying to destroy. As it stands, Trump's been acting to violate the Constitution or trying to do so in a number of ways and the pushback from all those Republicans who have made such a big deal about how much they love the truth, Constitution, and Rule of Law is... underwhelming, so far.

I presume that's a giant escalator leading up to the vast portico. He's not going to walk up that many steps. Still, I guess it needs to be so tall as it would need a huge basement for all the document storage.

...For some reason, when I look at that, the concept of "Trump is a putrid defiler" is loud in my mind. This is somewhat like the decorations, though, I think. Something like this could be done nicely and tastefully if so desired, but Trump's way of doing it ends up as an obscene abomination and insult to the US.

Huh. That sorta describes what the Republican Party does as a whole, too, I suppose. Maybe that has something to do with why Trump's there in the first place.
