Trump's Second Term

I honestly think we're approaching America's Kristallnacht. Seriously. I don't want to come across as one of those immature LARPers who fantasize about civil war, terror, etc. because for some reason they think it's exciting to think about, but with the things that have been happening since January I can seriously see armed troops carrying out mass 'arrests' while vandalizing shops and spray painting "DON'T BUY FROM ILLEGALS" on walls.
Were already getting wankers spray painting stuff like that on curry shops over here.

Our civilisation is ◊◊◊◊◊◊.

What's truly astounding is the cult is enthusiastically cheering on the main thing they spent the last few decades rabidly screaming we need the second amendment to prevent.
Well, it might be, if it weren't for the precedent of... virtually everything else of note that they've screamed about that's actually sensible. But then, I still recall the Republican screaming about the US becoming a police state and their thoroughly unreasonable attempts to blame that on Democrats... while Republicans were the ones working to do that and the things Democrats were being screamed at for were basically Democrats supporting much more moderate and reasonable responses to the hubbub stirred up by Republicans as a pretext for the much worse Republican actions. The MO of the faction running the Republican Party is rather overtly screaming about problems at the same time as they take flashy and counterproductive action to make things worse on that front. Corruption, corporate overreach, indoctrination instead of education... all those things and so many more are reasonable to be concerned about. What's not reasonable is claiming to oppose them while voting for the Republican Party, which actively works to pave the way for those bad things rather than oppose them.

Sometimes they didn't miss. Pour one out for Windy Millar 163.
That reminds me: I have a vague recollection of an episode where he gets pissed on his own home made cider (from a large stoneware jar, like some moonshiner's whisky jar) and hilarity ensues. Either I completely made up that memory or little kids' TV was a bit more relaxed about such life lessons in the '60s.
