WASHINGTON—After days of listening to the tech billionaire criticize his ‘Big Beautiful Bill,’ President Donald Trump escalated his feud with Elon Musk Friday by nuking Mars. “Elon was ‘wearing thin,’ I asked him to leave, and then I blew up his stupid planet that no one else cared about,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social just moments after launching the entire U.S. stockpile of nuclear weapons in outer space. “I don’t mind Elon turning against me, but I should have blown up Mars months ago. This is one of the Greatest Bills ever presented to Congress. Good luck WITH YOUR COLONY NOW!” At press time, Musk tweeted that Trump only blew up Mars because the planet knew what the president had done with Jeffrey Epstein.

I'm more inclined to call bad faith actors, more than anything else. As noted, anyone can create a Craigslist ad. It's actually very likely that either someone in/connected to the Trump Administration, a sycophant MAGAt, or any of various right-wing accelerationists did so, especially after Trump and co started pushing the paid crowds claims. That "these people" are almost guaranteed to be pretending to believe absurdity to justify what they were seeking to do anyways is rather endemic to how the Republican Party and Trump Administration leadership works.
 
"Senator" Alex Padilla is the son of immigrants from Mexico. An Anchor Baby! The Great God Trump has already declared such to be non-citizens. and since he was "elected" in California, the "election" was obviously fraudulent. Deport that illegal criminal! MS-13!!!

I'd bet real money that if someone somehow got that thing rigged up to say whatever you wanted, and could get it into Trumps hands, you could rule the world. Nobody who mattered would question Trump if he said his magic golden flute was giving him clandestine advice. Nobody.

Trump couldn't pick a flute out of a lineup of musical instruments and kitchen gadgets if his life depended on it. He just saw "Les Mis" at the Kennedy Centre, and someone told him one of the noises was caused by a flute. The word is still stuck in his straw-filled head. Then, of course, he had to lie about it.
 
Looks like the Trump administration has provided Israel with all the intel necessary for a strike on its nuclear facilities and "left it to Bibi" to do something about it, copying Russia's plan to start the negotiations with Ukraine with a bombing campaign to end up in a stronger position at the table.
Won't work, of course.

It's madness, meant to save Trump and Netanyahu by causing a distraction and threat.

I've had mixed feelings about Newsom, but he is stepping up to the plate, he spanked Trump at this presser.
