It was a horrifying, bloody slaughter, and I don't even know if the actual number of protestors killed was ever released, but it was a lot more than a couple hundred.

Well, as I posted earlier Johnson says using active duty Marines on the streets of an American city is just “peace through strength.”

So don't count on the Speaker Of The House to defend the rule of law.

Federal law that limits the use of the military for law enforcement purposes within the United States. It prohibits the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force, from being used for law enforcement duties without the approval of Congress.
 
They already got turned over for $16 million by Donald, they won't do or say anything to upset him now.

Or at least that what everyone assumed was the case because no President ever chose to ignore and just order the troops in anyway. Also does anyone really expect this Congress to oppose him?

I wish there would be a nightly report of Viet-Nam types of numbers of DHS and ICE scum killed.
I’m done pretending.
I fully support violence against any supporting the current Executive branch.
I will aid and abet anyone who does violence against supporters of the current fascists in total control of every branch of government.
Go through the list of grievances in the Declaration of Independence.
Except for quartering soldiers in civilian homes every crime listed is being implemented as official policy

ETA: 1992 was also the year of Ross Perot. He was a nutjob, but he did help the dems a little bit in that year's election.

He also reminds me of the fat clown, especially when he was constantly answering questions with something like, there are smart people out there, and we'll find them, get them working on it, and get it done.

At least for the most part, Perot did talk a hell of a lot more coherently than you know who.

You know, I always wondered about his reason for getting out of the race, and I look around today and wonder if that's so outlandish, but that's just my opinion.

Except that's what Trump and co. want. Violence that will justify the suspension of the rule of law and a state of emergency that will allow for elections to be 'delayed'.
