Something makes me think the reposting was not Trump's idea. That it was yet another ◊◊◊◊-stir by the Trump communications team to inflame the TDS they think is running rampant among the libz. And a distraction from the fact that Donny is becoming visibly and demonstrably more demented by the day.

Or if it was genuinely a Trump personal effort, it was meant as some sort of joke (the nasty kind, the only kind Trump likes). It also draws into question what the ◊◊◊◊ he is looking at online. Or, at least, what the ◊◊◊◊ are his team showing him. And also what the ◊◊◊◊ is wrong with that guy!

First, most of the first four seasons were where the Earth government went authoritarian, and second, yeah, as P.J said it was when they were coming for the President and he knew that he had lost. It was only a very short scene, probably easy to miss what it actually said on the first watch.
