Trump's Second Term

Well, to nitpick...

I don't think people are saying "people on right are evil". They are saying "Republicans are evil". As The Lincoln Project shows, it is possible for someone to lean right politically but distance themselves from the republican party. The problem is, nobody in the republican party (at least within congress) seems interested in dealing with Trump.

A decade or 2 ago, a person might have been seen as a "principled" republican.... someone who was a member of the GOP but was still seen as a reasonable/rational person. But that all ended in 2016 with Trump (or a little earlier, with Moscow Mitch.)
The idea of the "principled" republican died a death with Gingrich's Contract Against America. But the reality is that the last principled republican was renditioned to a black site some time early in Ray-Gun's first term.

Donald has signed an executive order targeting the Smithsonian Institution

The order directs the vice-president to "eliminate improper, divisive, or anti-American ideology" from the institute's museums, centres and the National Zoo in Washington.

It also directs the interior secretary to restore federal properties, including parks, memorials and statues, which "have been improperly removed or changed in the last five years to perpetuate a false revision of history

My guess is that he's (or somebody within his cabal) looking to prepare the ground for an EO re-legalising race based slavery.

Once again, The Onion gets close to the truth.

Pete Hegseth Blows Into Breathalyzer To Unlock Phone

WASHINGTON—Grumbling to himself as he repeatedly dropped the device, U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth was reportedly blowing into a Breathalyzer Thursday in an attempt to unlock his phone. “Stupid ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ judge made me put this on my iPhone,” said the head of the nation’s largest government agency, snapping his fingers to get the attention of his deputy defense secretary and ask his subordinate to blow into the Breathalyzer for him. “Hey, could you do me a favor here? It’s not working, I think because I used mouthwash before I left the house this morning. Please? It’s really important. I got to send some war plans.” At press time, sources confirmed Hegseth was sleeping it off in a SCIF.

Of course, the fact that no foreign military will even look at the plane at this stage is just going to turn it into a white elephant.

The Art of the Deal stable genius doing his usual thing for sales.

President Donald Trump has announced that any new U.S. F-47 fighter jets sold to allied nations will be deliberately downgraded by 10%, citing potential future changes in alliances.

“It probably makes sense, because someday, maybe they’re not our allies,” Trump said, explaining the decision to limit the full capabilities of the aircraft for foreign sales.

The U.S. still has allies?

And if I were still an ally, I'd now be looking to buy my fighter jets elsewhere.

I'm sure Boeing is thrilled about this, it will do a lot (negatively) for sales!
Saab are pitching hard to Canada to choose their Gripen which will be built and maintained in Canada.
However there are reports the USA can veto sales as all choices have some US technology - in the Gripen's case the engine.

According to Josh Dawsey of the WSJ, Donald Warned U.S. Automakers Not to Raise Prices in Response to Tariffs

His threat came in a call earlier this month.

Carmakers feared punishment if prices go up

So as well as tariffs there will be price controls.

A perfect plan with no conceivable downside. Donald Trump is bringing his legendary business acumen to the issue of international trade.
