Nope. There's plenty of other places that are equally or more interesting than bling-bling strip-mall USA.

Don't get me wrong, though. There's lots of great stuff in America, and most people are really nice. But in no way is it more extraordinary than a lot of other places on this planet.
 
The Kennedy Center's website no longer lists David Rubenstein as the Chairman and the names of all of Biden's appointments to the board have been removed.

Read about the War of 1812 sometime. there the main Front was Canada. The most famous Burning of Washington/Fort Mc Henry and Battle of New Orleans were sideshows.

And America wouldn't have it any other way. All that 'Leader of the free world' guff. Waving your big ol' missiles and money and ◊◊◊◊ in everyone's faces.
The US is just the least bad of the international bullies, or was, anyway. It remains to be seen how that pans out, but it's not looking super great right now.

The spotlight is on America because America demanded that the spotlight be turned on them.

America demands nothing other than what every sovereign nation demands.

The waving of the missiles - and having the missiles to wave - is a big part of what keeps the worse bullies off your back.

Thanks to Trump, America will be waving less of its money around. Somehow that will also piss you off.

If you'd rather be bullied by China, just say so.
